I am a qualified Life Coach / Personal Coach in Stockport, Cheshire, near Manchester, in the UK providing Life Coaching / Personal Coaching for a wide range of areas: personal, life, career, study, employment, relationships and stress management, helping you to move towards towards empowerment, self-confidence and a happier, more productive and satisfying life. I hold a Diploma in Life Coaching. We are within easy traveling distance of Manchester, Altrincham, Ashton, Buxton, Glossop, Hyde, Macclesfield, Poynton, Sale, Wilmslow and other towns in Cheshire, Derbyshire, and Lancashire near to the Greater Manchester area.
Life coaching / personal coaching can be beneficial for a wide range issues relating to personal, life, career, study, employment, relationships, work and stress and we try to keep our fees / costs moderate in order to make these benefits as accessible as possible.
This is a very important part of the process. It is where we work together to compose a full picture of the areas and issues where you are seeking positive change and identify all the relevant factors which are hindering you from achieving change. We then determine strategies for overcoming obstacles, hindrances etc, to empower you to achieve the changes which you are seeking. Subsequent sessions will review and adapt the plan as necessary , facilitate implementation of the plan and maintain the momentum of change.
Cost per 1 hour session: £45
If you are unable to attend a session please inform me as early as possible by telephone or email. This enables me to try to use the time allocation for someone else. I also spend a significant amount of time preparing for your session in advance of your arrival. Unless there are exceptional circumstances eg: last minute illness, please give me 24 hrs advance notice for cancelling a particular session.
Life Coaching is also available via telephone. Apart from general enquiries you will need to pay in advance via Nochex. If you do not live in the UK please contact me and we can arrange payment via PayPal. Cost of Coaching via telephone during Initial Exploratory Phase: £10 per 30 mins. Cost of Coaching via telephone subsequently: £20 per 30 mins. Please see payment information below.
All the above packages are for Life Coaching in person and include the Exploratory Meeting (up to 2 hours), plus four 1 hour sessions of coaching. Total cost: £200. To qualify for this discounted package payment must be made in full at time of first meeting by cash or cheque, or via the secure online payment facility below. No refunds are possible should you end the programme early for whatever reason.
With the exception of online payments advance payments are not required. You pay for each session at the time of the session. You may pay by cash or cheque. Please make cheques payable to Paul McGlone.
Alternatively, you may pay on-line through the NOCHEX secure payment facility. UK credit/debit cards accepted. It is not necessary to register with NOCHEX and they will not charge you a fee for making a payment. All payments using this facility need to be made in advance of the session.

"Tranquil Spirit" is a short distance from Stockport Town Centre and Railway Station and on the main bus route between Stockport and Bramhall. Davenport Railway Station (on the Manchester to Buxton/Hazel Grove line) is ten minutes walk away. The M60 Manchester Outer Ring Road is a short distance away (coming the west and south of Manchester via the Cheadle or Stockport junctions; from the east via the junction after Bredbury, signposted for Stockport) with good links to the M56, M6 and M62. We can provide fuller directions at the time of arranging a visit.
If you do not live nearby and it would be difficult for you to travel to us it may still be possible for us to do a home or office visit if you live in the Cheshire, Derbyshire, Lancashire areas bordering on Greater Manchester.
